General Event Guidelines

Entering this event constitutes implied consent of each event-goer to International Institute’s Festival of Nations’ use of his/her image and/or likeness incidental to any photographic, digital or video use, publication, display, transmission or recording of the event.

No Unauthorized Vendors, Solicitations, Handbills, Sampling, Giveaways, Etc.

Alcoholic Beverages may not be taken in or out of festival area.

What is not allowed at Festival?

Carts, glass bottles, personal tents, metal poles, shade canopies, beach or pole-style umbrellas are not allowed.

Inserting stakes, poles, or any other objects into the ground, or use or ropes, cords, tape, etc. to reserve space is not allowed.

Weapons, illicit drugs, and other contraband are strictly prohibited.

Lost and Found

The Festival of Nations Lost & Found location is located on the east side of the festival grounds in the volunteer booth. Please refer to the Festival map for exact location. All items will be kept for 90 days.

Tags for Tots Program

Pick up your free armband for your child at the two festival information booths, Family Arts & Crafts area and Kid's Music Workshop to help us reconnect you with your child if you get separated. Simply print your name and phone number on the wristband, and attach it to your child’s wrist. If you get separated, a festival coordinator can call you to help you reconnect.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Wheelchairs and 3- or 4-wheel electric scooters are allowed and are reasonably accommodated. Festival of Nations does not provide push services or wheelchair or scooter rentals. Tower Grove Park is a large outdoor venue with some paved areas and some natural terrain. Attendance may require covering large distances over grassy, uneven, and sometimes muddy surfaces. 

Additional Services

Accessible Restrooms will be available throughout the Fair and will be located at all restroom banks. Maps will be available in the Info Booths and throughout the festival to show these locations.

ATMs and many of the concessions booths are fully accessible and located throughout the venue.

First Aid is located by the Stupp Center, close to Grand, location is noted. St. Louis Fire Department EMT's will also be on site.

Misting stations have been set up throughout the site. These are noted on the map.

Fair Saint Louis has a variety of food vendors all of whom have broad menu options. This we have noted which booth offers vegetarian and/or vegan options. Also, if peanuts or peanut by-products are used will be noted on menu.

Volunteer Information

Volunteers are a valuable part of Festival of Nations. All Volunteers need to check-in 15 minutes prior to their shift at the volunteer check-in located in front of the Stupp Center near Grand Ave.
